Clark Miller

Clark Miller is a lobbyist and attorney who provides a broad range of experience in Texas regulatory matters, having worked both for Texas state agencies and in private practice. As a public policy consultant, Clark advances clients’ interests by tailoring their strategies to their unique circumstances in the context of a dynamic Texas political landscape. Clark has focused his law practice on administrative and regulatory legal matters, including energy regulation, public utilities, health care, and alcoholic beverage regulation, and has assisted businesses and individuals with permitting, licensing, and enforcement actions before various Texas state agencies. Clark graduated from The University of Texas School of Law, and received his Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
