The Committee is meeting for the sole purpose of hearing invited testimony only from any Member of the 88th Legislature who submits a proposal for a suggested rules change to the Committee. 

Any Member of the 88th Legislature submitting a proposal should plan to attend this public hearing to present their proposal and answer questions from Committee members about the proposal. 

Members of the 88th Legislature are reminded to submit their proposals via email, using the form attached to Chairman Metcalf's memorandum, by Thursday, December 1st, to Anna.Newell_HC@house.texas.gov.
