The Texas Infrastructure Resiliency Fund Advisory Committee (TIRF) will meet at 9:30 a.m. or upon recess/adjournment of the State Water Implementation Fund for Texas Advisory Committee (SWIFT).  The advisory committee shall review the overall operation, function, and structure of the resiliency fund at least  semiannually and may provide comments and recommendations to the board on any matter.
